ANRA Response to extending the availability of spectrum for LPONS

Probably one the most important topics ANRA has focused on in recent times. Following several representations and meetings with various regulatory bodies we achieved one of best outcomes in relation to an LPON drop-through extension. For the first time ever, an extension was approved ahead of the cut-off date...and for a period of 7 years instead of the usual 5 years...taking the extension to 2025.
